Sculpt--2/5
I really didn't want to buy the Death Star Accessory Set, but it acutally turned out to be decent. Of the ten things included with the set, four of them are new. We get an all new gun rack, Stormtrooper belt, motorized mouse droid, and an Interrogation droid. The six things we've seen before are the two Imperial blaster rifles, a heavy blaster rifle (like the one that came with the POTF2 4-LOM), another heavy blaster rifle (like the one that came with the POTF2 TIE Fighter Pilot), a Stormtrooper helmet, and the Death Star Trooper figure.

I really wish Hasbro would stop giving us the old POTF2 out-of-scale blaster rifles. I for one, hate them with a passion and throw them in a box to be forgotten. I don't understand why Hasbro chooses to give us these versions when there are newer, more accurate versions available. This could actually be said for many of the items in this set...

The Interrogation droid is probably the worst new item in the set. I don't even know why Hasbro made this when they had the perfect Interrogation droid with Commtech Darth Vader. This one is much larger, and ironically has less detail. What details exist are very inaccurate and to top it all off, you cannot remove it from it's stand, unlike the Commtech Vader version. The new mouse droid didn't fare much better. If you thought the mouse droid that came with R4-M9 was big, then wait till you see this one. It's almost twice as big, due to the motorized feature it contains. Well, at least there's a good reason as to why it's so big.

The new gun rack is nothing special; there isn't really any detail in it, but it does its job well. You can use it to store the long barreled rifles or the huge POTF2-style standard Imperial blaster. The Stormtrooper belt is an interesting piece. I actually like it except for the functional holster which is incredibly huge--a consequence of the inaccurate scale of the POTF2-style standard Imperial blaster. It can fit on many figures and I suppose could be useful for making a better Death Star escape Han Solo.

Features--2/5
As mentioned before, the Mouse Droid has a pull back motor. Simply pull the droid back, let go and watch it run across your desk or floor. Nothing incredibly special, but could be fun for some people.

Accessories--3.5/5
Like the other accessory sets, I'm considering the figure as the accessory to the accessories. In this set, we get the somewhat rare Death Star Trooper, who originally came out at the tail end of the POTF2 Freeze Frame line. He was very hard to find for most people, so re-releasing him was a good idea. But all that aside, he's not that great of a figure. His pose is awkward; it's like they couldn't decide if he should be in an action pose or a neutral pose. The result is that his pose looks incredibly unnatural. However, he does look much better out of the package than in; once his helmet is adjusted properly, he looks much better.

Paint--2.5/5
Really not much to paint in this set. The Interrogation droid looks terrible, especially compared to the paint job of the Commtech Vader version. The Death Star Trooper is decently painted, but his boots and gloves aren't as glossy compared to the originally released figure.

Overall--3/5
This is a good set if you want to get your hands on a Death Star Trooper. The Stormtrooper belt is a decent accessory as is the gun rack. Everything else is pretty crappy though, but if you don't care about accuracy then you won't mind the use of old blaster rifle sculpts and huge droids.
